SWB Executive Director Mary McVeigh Connor to Present at Female Athlete Conference

Soccer Without Borders Co-Founder and Executive Director Mary McVeigh Connor is presenting at the Female Athlete Conference: Strategies for Health and Performance, hosted by Boston Children’s Hospital.

Part of the Coaching category, Connor’s presentation is entitled The Accelerator Model: How to Build Girls Athletic Programs and will include lessons learned from SWB’s Global Goal 5 Accelerator.

The mission of the Female Athlete Conference 2021 is to create an educational, interactive virtual space for people around the world who care for and work with female athletes. It will bring together experts in sports medicine, sports psychology, sports science, sports culture, physical therapy, athletic training, nutrition, coaching, and sports management, among other fields.
